Steps for redeeming a Promotional Code:
On the Shopping Cart page in Checkout, please enter the code exactly as it
appears, in the box titled "Discount coupon (optional)".
Once you have entered your Promotional Code
Click "Apply."
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary above.
Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.

How do I use my shopping basket?
Your shopping basket is a place to store all the items you want to buy. You can add or remove items from your shopping basket at any time before you pass through the checkout.
To view the contents of your shopping basket, click on "My Shopping Cart" at the top right-hand side of the page. From here you can adjust the quantity of an item or remove it from your shopping basket by clicking on the product you wish to change.
Once you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket click on 'Checkout' to purchase your chosen products.

I cannot find a product on your website.
If you cannot find a particular product on the website use the search box at the top of the page to help you locate it.
If the search does not show the item you are looking for try using different, or fewer words. For example if you're looking for a stitched leather training belt, search for 'belt' in the search box and look through the results.
If you want to be more specific in your search you can search for products containing two key words by typing 'leather belt' in the search box.
Alternatively, if you receive our catalogue you can enter the product code into the search box. This will take you directly to the product page.
If you are unable to find the product you are looking for, we may not currently stock it. We are always keen to hear from our customers to know what products they would like to see made available in the future.

I want to change or cancel my order.
Our fulfilment system is designed to process orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. After you have clicked "Place Order," your order begins to process and you cannot cancel or change your order. Once you receive your order, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions.

Nothing appears in my shopping basket.
If you are trying to add products to your shopping basket but keep being presented with a message telling you that your shopping basket is empty, then it's likely that your browser is not receiving our shopping 'cookie'.
There are several reasons why you may not be receiving our cookie:
- Your browser may be configured to reject cookies
- You may have a personal firewall, or other security software blocking the cookie
- If you are ordering from your place of work, there may be internal security measures beyond your control that restrict the use of cookies

How do I change my delivery or billing address?
It's easy to change your delivery or billing address at any time. Firstly, log into your account by clicking my account at the top of the page and enter your existing email address and password.
Click on View/Edit address book on the right hand side of the page. You can then add/change any details by typing the new information in the relevant box. Afterwards click 'Save' at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes. Remember to set new address as default if you require this as new shipping address.
It is not possible to amend your delivery address associated with an order that is currently in the process of being despatched to you. In this case, you need to arrange for a redirection service; see our related help articles below

How do I open an Account?
Opening an account is easy. Simply click My Account or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in or create a new account. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive e-mails about your order.

I get an error when creating a new account.
When creating a new account you receive a message saying 'ERROR! EMAIL ALREADY IN USE. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER EMAIL'. This means that we already have a record of that email address in our database. This could be because you have already registered on this site or one of our other sites.

I have forgotten my password.
To be sent a reminder of your password simply follow the link below. You will be asked to enter the login or email address with which you registered. A reminder of your password will then be emailed to you.

If you would like more information about an item you see on Best-Supplements.co.uk, simply click on the item. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete description of the product.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket
To add items to your Shopping Basket, follow these simple steps:
- Before adding an item to your Shopping Basket from the Product Detail page, it may be necessary to choose a specific size or variation for the item you want to purchase & flavour.
- Make note of the Availability of the item: "In Stock: Yes"
This tells you whether we have your item ready to ship from our warehouse. Once your item has left our warehouse, the shipping method you select during Checkout will determine when your order will arrive.
- Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock (In Stock: No), are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer.
Dispatching your order
Once you have placed your order and you have checked the availability of your items, we will estimate the best dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose.
Dispatch date estimates are shown in the detailed product page and during checkout. Once you have placed your order you'll see the dispatch and delivery date in your order confirmation which will be emailed to you and in your order summary found in Your Account

Is my item currently in stock?
A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock: Yes" or "In Stock: No." Most items on our site are "In Stock: Yes" and ready to ship. Some items maybe either temporarily out-of-stock, or are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer.
In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order dispatch process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the billing address is verified.
For example, if you order an In-Stock item that requires no additional information on Monday before 1 o'clock, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Monday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.
